Return and refund policy

Welcome to Herbaco! By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our website.
2. Products and Services
We offer herbal smoking blends for sale. By purchasing products from us, you agree to use them responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
3. Ordering and Payment
By placing an order, you confirm that you have the legal right to make the purchase. All payments are processed through our secure payment gateway.
4. Shipping and Delivery
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, Herbaco is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party services, including postal or courier companies.
5. Returns and Refunds
Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for herbal smoking blends. However, we offer a 30-day return policy for other eligible items. To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition—unused, unopened, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at sean@herbaco.ca so we can resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain items, including perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), custom products, and personal care items, cannot be returned. We also cannot accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us before initiating a return.
Sale items or gift cards are non-returnable.
Exchanges
For exchanges, the fastest method is to return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must be in the same condition as received—unused, unopened, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund. If you have not received your refund within 15 business days, please contact us at herbacodotca@gmail.com.

All content, designs, and trademarks on this website are the property of Herbaco. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission from us.
